By Road
From the north via Dundonell (A832) Laide and Aultbea. About 55 miles From Ullapool. From the south via Kinlochewe and Gairloch. About 45 miles from Achnasheen.
By Rail
The nearest station is Achnasheen about one hour journey time from Inverness. From Inverness there are connections to the north and south with a daily direct train to London. There is also a sleeper service to Kings Cross. For timetable information visit either TheTrainLine website or Scotrail
Ferry
This summer a new ferry service will
be inaugurated form Gairloch to Skye.
From Ullapool the Calmac car/passenger ferry
plies daily to Stornoway. (Hebrides)
Plane
Most convenient is Inverness, with daily Connections to the south, and the continent.
